Delivery and Returns


Shipping within South Africa

We offer FREE domestic door to door delivery to main centres is offered on order values of R600.00 or more including VAT (South Africa only).

Orders are usually delivered within 2 - 7 working days from receipt of payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Maybru Clothing cc or our nominated courier’s control, certain orders may take longer than the usual delivery period.  if this is the case we will do everything in our power to speedily rectify the situation.

Orders below R600.00 including VAT will be charged R79.80 for delivery. (South Africa only).

We will endeavour to use a courier, however some locations may not be serviced by our nominated couriers and it is easier and more cost effective to use the SA Postal service. However should you require a courier delivery please advise us when placing your order. Should your location be out of the areas we cover, we will advise of an additional courier fee

Once we have received and processed your order a confirmation email will be sent.  A second confirmation email will be sent once your items have been paid for in full and despatched, this email will include the nominated courier’s tracking number with which you can track your goods.

International Deliveries

International orders do not fall part of the free domestic delivery offer with orders of  R600.00 or more including VAT or the quoted South Africa courier or postage rates..

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are sure you will be totally satisfied with all goods you receive.   If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us to arrange returning the items in an unused and resalable condition within five working days after receipt. Please note that in these cases we do not reimburse return postage or courier cost.  . In the unlikely event that any of your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will arrange a refund or replacement for you, and reimburse the cost of returning the goods should we request it to be returned. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

On exchanging goods on which you have received a discount, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount threshold.

Exchange deliveries are charged at the standard delivery rate.
